WooHoo a MC question in the cycling section.
1) Remove the exhaust system and spark-plug.
2) Remove the cylinder head.
3) If the piston can go up and down remove the cylinder.
4) Stuff rags around the top of the crank case so parts can’t fall in.
5) On the piston look inside the wrist-pin holes and remove the cir-clips on both sides.
6) Remove the wrist pin. the piston is now free.
7) Get the cylinder honed, or replaced based on bad it’s damaged. Reassemble. w/ new piston, ring(s), gaskets, etc.
